Refurbishment Finalist

Derry Construction nominated in NFB Annual Awards for 2012 in the category Refurbishment of the YearWe were really proud to have been a finalist in the NFB Annual Awards for 2012 in the category Refurbishment of the Year 2012 along with six other projects considered to be the best refurbishment projects in the country.

Wayside House is a stunning regency style house originally dating from 1820. Derry Construction completely re-built the former Quakers cottage and transformed the property into a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom family home of immense charm and character.

The completed works includes hand crafted features such as walnut & oak joinery, classical staircase, period windows, exterior and interior hand carved York stone features, hand built kitchen with black American walnut and granite work tops, Egyptian limestone floors, specially blended French limestone renders, copper rainwater goods.
